The Service relies on third-party geocoding providers (including OpenStreetMap Nominatim and optionally Mapbox) to convert street addresses into geographic coordinates. We do not control these providers and cannot guarantee their availability or accuracy.

Address coverage results provided by the Service are estimates based on geocoding data from third-party providers and the polygon boundaries you supply. The following limitations apply:
You are solely responsible for verifying coverage decisions through authoritative means before taking any action based on the Service's results. We expressly disclaim all liability for decisions made in reliance on Service output.
You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. We will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized account access where you failed to take reasonable security precautions.
Each account may only be used by one individual. You may not share your login credentials with others or allow multiple people to access the Service through a single account.
You retain all rights to the polygon data and project information you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display that content solely as necessary to provide the Service to you.
Addresses you submit for coverage checks are processed by third-party geocoding providers. By using the Service you consent to addresses being transmitted to these providers. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details.
You may delete your projects, polygons, and check history at any time through the Service interface. Account deletion requests should be sent to our contact email below.
You must not upload or process through the Service any personally identifiable information beyond street addresses, or any data that is subject to heightened privacy regulations (such as health, financial, or government ID data).
You agree not to use the Service to:

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, and interfaces, is owned by RightG and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our express written permission.
The RightG name and logo are trademarks of RightG. You may not use them without prior written consent.

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time by contacting us.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if we discontinue the Service.
Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 3, 7, 8, and 9) will continue to apply.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will endeavor to notify users via email or a prominent notice on the Service.
